The Remuda Spiritual Assessment Questionnaire is a tool that provides an objective assessment of an individual's spiritual issues and concerns. Psychometrically valid scoring algorithms produce numerical results that describe individuals' experiences of spiritual distress or well-being, spiritual identity, relationship with God or higher power, shame and judgment, and so on.
The Remuda Spiritual Assessment Questionnaire is available in two forms. Form A is for persons who currently have or have had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ at some time in their lives. Form B is for persons who have never had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
