POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides administrative support to all areas of Patient Accounts, including all duties associated with payroll processing for the department. Assigns cases for appeal and assists in the coordination of the appeals function. Processes all PO requests and supply orders for department; and provides back-up to Insurance Specialist, providing insurance verifications and policy review.

We are a growing company that has in these most recent years added distinct programs as well for boys with eating disorders and now also an anxiety disorder program for women.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- One to three years experience in the area of health care business office functions (insurance, patient accounts, admissions, or equivalent).
SKILLS:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-directed independent working skills; able to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Able to convey messages clearly to others, both verbal and written, in an easy to understand manner.
- Proficient in MS Office 2003 applications, including Excel with aptitude for learning new programs quickly.
- Types a minimum of 60 WPM.
- Proven mathematical ability.
