Because you have been in their shoes, you may be able to offer amazing hope to your fellow Remuda Alumni. We will review the letter and post it as appropriate.
Share Your Story through a Media Interview
In addition to providing treatment, Remuda is deeply committed to the prevention of eating disorders through education. Toward that end, we work with local and national media to get accurate information out about eating disorders. Often, they are interested in personal stories and first-hand accounts from individuals or families who have struggled with eating disorders and sought treatment at Remuda.
If you would be willing to participate in such media opportunities, please e-mail amy.nygard@remudaranch.com. A form will be sent for you to complete and return. We will then place your name on our media resource list. However, we will not release this information directly to any media. Your privacy and confidentiality will always be protected. Instead, if your story appears to fit their needs, we will get in touch with you to discuss your participation. If you agree to take part, we will ask you to contact the media source. If at any time, you want to be removed from our list, simply e-mail amy.nygard@remudaranch.com and request to be taken off the list.
